Master of Ceremonies
If you are planning a (large event or) very ‘do it yourself’ wedding, having the ceremony and reception either at a family home or rented venue, and after the ceremony the guests need to be moved around for drinks, photos, wedding breakfast etc, you might want to consider who is going to stage manage these logistics? I noticed at a friend’s wedding, the ushers had scarpered to the bar, guests were all over the place, not knowing what to do or what was happening next. In the end, one poor bridesmaid (yes that was me), ended up standing on a chair to make announcements and herd everyone to where they needed to go next. Hiring me to be your Master of Ceremonies for 2/3 extra hours after the ceremony, can make the transition between ceremony and wedding breakfast run much smoother, and would be one less thing for you or your friends and family to have to worry about, then everyone can start enjoying themselves all at the same time.
Fee £45 if as an addition to a wedding ceremony.
Price on application if required for a stand alone event.
Pet Funerals
An animal that we keep as a friend, is never just a pet. Often our dogs and cats are part of our family and to lose a four legged friend can be just as devastating as losing a human one, if not more so for a great many people. I am more than happy to work with anyone who wishes to give their furry chum a good send off.

Tent & Marquee Hire
An outdoor wedding is lovely as long as everyone is not getting wet! It is crucial to have a wet weather plan. We hire out a choice of a square Chinese top white tent 5m x 5m and/or a hexagon larger (5m per side) white tent, with or without sides, as required. The tents can be hired and joined together if needed. These can be dressed and decorated for you at an extra cost. We have different accessories and themes to choose from. Just get in touch if you have any questions.
£250 per tent per hire period (up to 3 Days) + plus travel expenses.
Tents can be decorated in a number of themes for an extra charge.
Portable Compost Toilets
Compost toilets for events were ‘my life’ a few years ago. It’s what I did for a business. Now we are planning to build a couple that can be used for small off grid events. We can also construct temporary urinals for men if necessary. Compost toilets are lovely, and in case you are worried, they smell better than portable toilets that have the blue stuff in them, because they don’t smell at all. We only hire them out in conjunction with the tent hire service.

Decorated Willow Arch
We hire out the arch for ceremonies that I would conduct and it will be ready to hire for couples ceremonies in 2019. Beautiful willow arch, hand made by a lady in Devon called Liz and decorated by me. It can be decorated in many different ways to compliment your colour scheme and theme, and no arch decoration will ever be exactly the same. One day we will expand our range of decorations for hire, but until then you can contact Liz for things like adornments for seats etc. Liz can also hold workshops where you can do things like making your own willow hoop bridal flowers, for the bride and bridesmaids.
