Celebrants are all quite different. Find the right one for you, and you can literally have the ceremony that you wish for; just how you want it, right where you want it, at the time of day that you’d like it. Unlike countries such as Australia, Civil Celebrants are relatively unheard of in the UK.
Civil Celebrants are independent from any religious or government organisations and are not Humanists (who whilst not being religious, do stand for their own belief system), and so choosing a Civil Celebrant to write and conduct your ceremony, means that is completely based around your own beliefs and values, not those of the Celebrant.
